We hired Grazin Green to do the final grade & seeding after our new house was built. The rough grade that our builder left was very rough, with big lumpy dirt piles next to the foundation. When I came home from work, they had our one acre yard graded for drainage & as smooth as a tabletop.
My big concern was how late in the season we were starting (July). Terry had the yard ready for sprinklers in one day. Following sprinkler installation, they were back immediately to touch up the final grade and seed the grass. After seeding, he set the sprinkler system up, so I didn’t have to do a thing. In less than a week, we had grass growing. I would have never dreamed that we would have grass looking like that in July.
A few weeks later, we had friends over. They were so impressed with the thick green grass, they had to go walk barefoot on it. They couldn’t believe that it was just seeded a few weeks earlier. They swore that it was sodded.
We were extremely happy with the way the yard turned out. Terry knew exactly how to set the sprinklers, to prevent runoff, but keep the seed moist enough in the July heat. We have had countless compliments about the yard, and we recommend Grazin Green to everyone.
